01 Definitions

The following terms, where capitalised in this Agreement, carry the meanings set out below:

02 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, completing the bos14 Login process, or otherwise accessing or using any Services provided by bos14, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bos14 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

03 Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on bos14, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. bos14 strictly prohibits access by individuals under this age threshold, and any Account identified as belonging to an underage person will be immediately suspended.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity, syndicate, or third party.
3. You must not be listed on any financial exclusion, fraud prevention, sanctions, or self-exclusion register that would prevent your participation in online gaming services.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
5. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through bos14 or any associated platform.

04 Account Registration

To access the Services, you are required to register an Account by completing the registration form available on the bos14 platform. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number registered in Indonesia.

You are permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bos14 Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. You agree to notify bos14 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

bos14 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole and absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations, bos14 conducts identity verification — commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer) — on all accounts prior to processing significant withdrawals or upon request by the compliance team.

KYC verification typically requires you to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a national identity card or passport);
• Proof of address (such as a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last three months); and
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (such as a bank account statement showing your name and account number).

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC verification is completed to bos14's satisfaction. bos14 will process submitted KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of the outcome by email. If verification cannot be completed — for example, due to discrepancies in provided information — bos14 reserves the right to restrict withdrawal access and, where fraud is suspected, to close the Account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the bos14 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bos14 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method but are displayed on the cashier page within your Account. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. bos14 will not process deposits from accounts held in a third party's name.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to you and from which you have previously deposited. Withdrawals are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification;
• Full satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus balances;
• No active investigation, fraud flag, or account restriction on your Account.

bos14 aims to process approved withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts within five (5) minutes during standard Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) banking hours (06:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals via OVO and DANA are typically instantaneous. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day, or when additional verification is required.

bos14 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which bos14 accepts no responsibility.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

bos14 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bos14 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated explicitly in the bonus terms (e.g., a 10x rollover requirement on a deposit-match bonus).
• A Member may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using the same device, IP address, email, bank account, or identity constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• bos14 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it reasonably believes that the bonus is being abused or that there has been a system error in the bonus calculation.
• Where a Member has an active Bonus Balance subject to wagering requirements, Real Money Balance will be used first for wagers unless the platform specifies otherwise in the bonus terms.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted into cash prior to meeting rollover conditions.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bos14 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Product-specific rules are available within each game or market on the platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

The following general rules apply across all bos14 betting and gaming products:

• A bet or wager is final and cannot be altered or cancelled once confirmed by the platform, except where bos14 determines that the bet was placed based on an obvious error in the quoted odds or game parameters.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity or outcome of a game round or bet, bos14 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Member's Real Money Balance.
• bos14 sportsbook odds are provided on the basis of an estimated probability of outcome. The quoted odds at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet; changes in odds after confirmation do not affect confirmed bets.
• Live in-play betting (mix parlay — Indonesia's popular multi-leg accumulator format — and voor bola — the Indonesian handicap format) is subject to additional rules displayed in the relevant market.
• All RNG casino games on bos14 use certified random number generators that have been tested for statistical fairness. bos14 has no influence over game outcomes.

09 Responsible Gaming

bos14 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of player-protection tools accessible from every Member's Account settings. These tools include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session time alerts — receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from the bos14 platform.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bos14 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In each case, bos14 reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and permanently close the offending Account:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Opening more than one Account, whether in the same or a different name;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit differences between bos14 odds and those of other operators in a manner that materially distorts fair play;
• Colluding with other players in any game where player interaction is a factor;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated bonus farming or other systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Allowing or facilitating account access by a third party, including sharing login credentials.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bos14 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform;
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond bos14's reasonable control;
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by a third-party payment provider, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or any e-wallet service provider;
• Losses arising from the suspension or closure of your Account in accordance with these Terms;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bos14's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the bos14 platform — including but not limited to the bos14 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of bos14 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any bos14 content without prior written permission.

13 Privacy & Data

bos14 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bos14 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or in connection with an investigation into suspected fraud or money laundering.

14 Termination

You may close your bos14 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure of your Account at your request, any verified Real Money Balance in your Wallet will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

bos14 may close or indefinitely suspend your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• bos14 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC;
• A competent authority directs bos14 to do so.

In the event of Account closure for cause, bos14 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and will be returned to the Member if the investigation concludes in their favour.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws governing online gaming platforms. bos14 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated platform. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia, and that you are solely responsible for determining whether participation in the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bos14 platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bos14 support. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration institution.
