Access to bos14 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. We conduct identity verification (KYC) on all accounts before processing significant withdrawals, and we reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and the deposited principal returned to the verified payment source. Every bos14 Member can activate the following tools directly from the Account Settings panel after completing the bos14 Login. Changes to limits take effect immediately or within 24 hours depending on the tool.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week, or per calendar month in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Once your chosen limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit applies only after a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period to protect you from impulsive decisions.

Loss Limits

Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set time period. When your accumulated losses reach the threshold you have configured, the platform will prevent further wagering until the period expires. Like deposit limits, reductions take effect immediately while increases require a 48-hour review window.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum continuous session duration — for example, two hours per day. When you approach your session limit, bos14 will display a clear on-screen reminder. Once the limit is reached, your session will be paused automatically and you will need to consciously choose to log back in, giving you a natural moment of reflection.

Time-Out (Cool-Off Period)

Take a structured break from the platform for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account remains open but you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Promotional communications are also paused. A time-out cannot be reversed before its expiry date.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is seriously affecting your life, you can apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and cannot be reactivated — not even at your own request — until the exclusion period ends. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Marketing Opt-Out

Choose to stop receiving promotional offers, bonus notifications, and re-engagement messages at any time. Players who have activated a time-out or self-exclusion are automatically removed from all marketing lists. Our Verification Process

Every new bos14 account undergoes a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process serves two key responsible gaming purposes: it confirms that the account holder is at least 21 years old, and it ensures that deposits and withdrawals are linked to payment accounts — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja — that genuinely belong to the verified account holder.

KYC documents required include:

  • A clear photo or scan of a valid Indonesian KTP (national identity card) or passport;
